S & D is owned and operated by Steve and Dawn Scanlon, of the Boothwyn area. After marring in 1985, Steve decided to take his knowledge of the heating and air conditioning field and start his own company. In 1986, S & D was started with the idea of giving the ordinary home owner good quality work at affordable prices.
